Diana Fruechtemeyer of Transformed Interiors had a client interested in a redesign and decoration of multiple rooms.
The guest bedroom was dated and uninviting. Diana designed the room around a antique dresser that belonged to the client’s grandmother. She also used more contemporary pieces. A beautiful piece of artwork, the cozy upholstered bed, and night stands (all from furniture fair ). Finishing it off Diana incorporated the client’s bench seat at the end of the bed that she found in her clients unfinished basement storage area.
The lower level family room needed a complete makeover and Diana’s client wanted a space that the entire family could gather in and watch TV and movies. Diana used a Smith Brothers Leather sectional with an ottoman and coffee table that allowed multiple seating and comfort. Diana also incorporated some of the clients existing painted Amish furniture into my design to create an informal yet beautiful room.
Last was the piano room. This area was primarily used as a play room for the clients grandchildren. Diana decided it was best to introduced two more petite sized wing chairs so the client could relax and read while the grandchildren played. What a great space for everyone!
